• If you would like us to create the store for you with your Amazon affiliate ID, we'll need log in information.  If uncomfortable with this, we'll create the store for you with ours as a template, and provide video instructions on changing this on your own
• The script code Aweber provides to include opt-in forms on your page.  We can do this for you, but we'll need access to your account.  Some people are not comfortable with this, and just provide the code
