Payments are made through PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required, and credit cards are accepted.

You will be taken to PayPal's order page.  As you add to the cart, click continue shopping in order to add more items/services to the cart.
When checking out, depending on the service provided, please include the information asked in the product description in the "Add special instructions to merchant" section (see below).
Also, please include your email if it's different than your PayPal email, or not included in order information.

Development time varies on demand, and the amount of customers at any one time.
